"I’d say the pizza was pretty..."
I’d say the pizza was good overall. The crust was nice, probably the best part, and the sauce was a little on the sweet side, at least to me

"combo deal was kinda disappointing"
I ordered one of the combo deals thinking it’d be a good value but the savings weren’t much at all... the fries showed up cold too. Pizza was okay, nothing terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order that combo again

"Customer service that actually felt personal"
I had a little mix-up with my order, not a huge deal, but you know how those things can be annoying. I called in expecting it to be a whole back-and-forth, but the person on the phone was so nice about it and just fixed it right away. No attitude, no making it weird. The food showed up soon after, and they even checked to make sure everything was okay, which I thought was a nice touch. Anyway, small problem turned into a really good impression. 5 stars from me.

"I gave this place a try mostly because..."
I gave this place a try mostly because it’s so close to my office, that part is super convenient. I was thinking, okay, this could become an easy go-to spot. But then the parking situation was kind of a hassle, which made me rethink it a bit. So overall, it’s fine and handy if you’re nearby, but not quite perfect for me.

I tried placing an order online, and at first I thought it would be quick, but no, it was such a mess. The site kept freezing right when I got to checkout, and then my coupon just disappeared. I waited around longer than I should have, thinking maybe it would fix itself, but I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.

"Nice place for the kids"
Took the kids here and they had a really good time, which was a relief. I always worry a bit about whether a place will keep them happy, but they seemed comfortable and entertained. The staff was patient too, which definitely helped me feel more at ease.

"Fresh enough, just not great"
I was feeling mentally drained when I ordered this, so I was really hoping for something that would hit the spot. The pizza was okay overall, but the freshness felt a little hit or miss. The toppings tasted fine, but the crust seemed like it had been sitting around for a bit. Not bad, just not as fresh as I was expecting. I’d maybe give it another try on a different day.

"My order ended up getting here way later..."
My order ended up getting here way later than expected, and by the time it arrived, the food was already cold. I totally get that busy nights happen! But there were no updates at all, so yeah, it was frustrating.

"Order came exactly right"
My order showed up exactly how I asked for it, which I really appreciate. No missing sauces, no weird topping mix-ups, nothing like that. I was kind of expecting at least one little mistake, but actually everything was spot on. Really happy with it

"Not the relaxing dinner I was hoping for"
I was hoping for a chill dinner, but the place felt cramped and it was way louder than expected. Kind of disappointing because it made it hard to relax and enjoy the meal.

I’m always a little nervous about being fooled when I try a new place, but the staff here were genuinely super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

"Specialty pizzas were just okay..."
I was hoping the specialty pizzas would feel a little more fun or different, but most of them seemed basic? Kind of like the same ideas with toppings just swapped around. The one I got was fine, not bad or anything, but for the price I expected more. I wouldn’t say it was terrible... I just probably wouldn’t order from that section again!

"Pickup Tested My Patience"
Pickup was more annoying than it needed to be. I got there expecting the food to be ready, but it still took longer than I was told, and I couldn’t immediately figure out where I was supposed to stand or who to talk to.
The staff looked busy, so I tried not to make a big deal out of it, but I don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around with no direction. The pizza was fine once I got it, but the pickup process could definitely be smoother

"Pizza was decent, just not very hot"
The food tasted fine overall. The pizza was just kinda lukewarm by the time it got to me, so that was a little disappointing. Not bad or anything, I just wish it had arrived hotter

Walked in and the floor already looked dirty, then I sat down and the table was sticky—like, I was just trying to eat but kept noticing how gross everything felt.

The pizza was really tasty, and the portions were bigger than I expected. I ended up having leftovers for later, which is always a win. Overall, I was happy with it!

"Tons of options to pick from"
I really like how much they have on the menu here. There’s pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, desserts, all kinds of stuff. It makes ordering way easier when everyone’s craving something different. I’ve ordered twice now and both times I ended up trying somthing new.

This was disappointing. There were barely any toppings, so it felt like I was mostly eating crust and sauce. On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification just to get through the process was really annoying...

"Good pizza, but it feels a little inconsistent"
I’ve ordered from ilprimopizza.com a few times now, when it’s good, it’s really good. But it’s not always the same. Sometimes the pizza shows up hot with plenty of toppings, and other times it feels like they went a little light or it’s just not as fresh. Also, I’m never totally clear who’s actually running the place or who to contact if there’s an issue, which makes it a bit frustrating. I still like the food overall, I just wish the experience was more consistent
